Serve this one with crudités.
Makes about 1 ½ cups.
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp drained capers, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Grated zest of 1 medium lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, yogurt, capers, dill, and lemon zest.
Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until serving time. Stir again before serving.
